			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here are some examples of some main MLS photos I pulled from the short sale and REO listings today from the Prescott MLS.   These were the MAIN photos in the listings&#8230;typically, if they had more than 1 photo, the other photos were of a similar quality. </p>
<p>Some of these are comical and others are just plain sad.  It&#8217;s too bad that the REO asset managers who own these properties are giving away $1000s due to poor advertising by their REO agents. </p>

<p>As an asset manager, you are probably too busy to follow up with your listings, but did you know that many REO listings are poorly marketed? </p>
