Examples of bad MLS pictures that cost REO asset managers money
Here are some examples of some main MLS photos I pulled from the short sale and REO listings today from the Prescott MLS. These were the MAIN photos in the listings…typically, if they had more than 1 photo, the other photos were of a similar quality.
Some of these are comical and others are just plain sad. It’s too bad that the REO asset managers who own these properties are giving away $1000s due to poor advertising by their REO agents.
